Of course! Please contact us with details about your project – a word count, a delivery deadline, and the style of read you’re looking for – and include a 500-word sample of your text. We’ll get a read back to you ASAP for feedback and direction. It’s all about bringing to life the product you’ve been hearing in your head!
Can I be involved in the record, give direction or feedback, and seek revisions
if I’m not 100% thrilled?
Absolutely. Depending on the project, we can arrange a chat before the record, have you on a zoom or other interface throughout, or send shorter samples for feedback and direction. Revisions and edits are available as the project is underway, please note that subsequent revisions or edits will incur additional fees.
Will my audio files be ready to upload?
I mean, is my audiobook ready to publish to Audible?
Yep! You will received constant bit rate MP3 files that have been edited and prepared to meet ACX requirements (distributors of Audible, Amazon etc – so gold standard in the industry), which means they’ll be ready for immediate upload and publication to your chosen platforms. Our sound engineers guarantee the files will meet requirements, or will be revised at no additional cost.
What is the pricing structure?
Each project comes with great variety on word counts and style of read. For this reason, we will quote your project when we have a few basic details – a word count, delivery deadlines, the style of read you’re interested in, and the intended audience for the work (an in-house instructional video has different technical requirements to audiobook files ready for upload to Audible, for example. Get in touch with details and we’ll provide a custom quote with no pressure.
Can I apply to be a part of the team or work as a contractor?
We’re not currently adding voices to our roster.
